A new champion at home There is a new champion in Libro’s team!

Our pizza maker Enzo has won the prize Master Pizza Chef getting second place! A new great satisfaction, a new trophy to add to our collection. Good luck Enzo, hoping that life will give you other opportunities like this! After careful selection the first round of Master Pizza Chef ended deciding who the six semifinalist pizza maker were.

On Monday, 23 may, the last selection took place in Naples at mostra d’Oltremare; 18 pizza makers took part at the competition and each one of them presented its speciality to an expert jury made up of: Vincenzo Capuano, winner of 2014/2015 “Rossopomodoro” trophy; Davide Civitiello, Winner of 2013 “Caputo” trophy; Roberto Susta, owner of “La vera pizza fiocco; Carmela Bonaccorsi, expert pizza maker and owner of “Facefood”; Antonio Babino pizza chef instructor.

Enzo De Paolis achieved an excellent result among 18 participants as he got SECOND PLACE.
