A young talent: Enzo De Paolis, Libro’s Pizzaiolo

Professionalism, ambition and passion with a little bit of luck (you need it in life) and the deed is done; and a big dream: become a successful pizzaiolo.

Young Enzo De Paolis, born in 1988, today is Libro’s pizza maker, the already famous pizzeria owned by Valentino Libro in Aversa (CE).

A result achieved after years of studying and especially practice, that has been the most difficult part of this job. “I had the first important opportunity in 2009 – he says – when I was offered a job as pizza maker at a new restaurant in Milan (where I moved to right after high-school diploma); I spent there five fantastic years and I got a lot of satisfaction”.

But Enzo was aware of his professional development and eager to improve himself, so he decided to face another challenge: come back to Naples to reap the benefits of his work… And he has started to enjoy them thanks to this new exciting adventure. I want to give him more responsibilites in the pizzeria – says Valentino – I have great trust in him and he impressed me with his professionalism and hard work; a gift, as well as a quality that I hope it will always distinguish him”.
